My name is Jared Were. Born in Nyanza region of Kenya but later moved to Mombasa - a coastal town in Kenya. I come from a family of 5 - my two parents and one brother and 2 sisters.
I went to school up to secondary school level and I have also done some computer training. I am hard working and honest person and I always work hard to achieve my goals regardless of the odds. These qualities have brought me to where I am but I am still aiming to go higher and higher.
I am also in group activities and I like mobilizing to do various activities like cleaning our streets and caring for environment. I also like to participate in church activities like counseling the youths and young adults.

Loan Proposal
I intend to use money from this loan to buy a stock of energy saving bulbs to be used in homes. This type of bulbs are the one preferred nowadays and most people are replacing the filament types with this ones due to their efficiency.
1 box of 120 bulbs will cost around USD 130 and I hope to make a profit of about USD35 from the sale of this stock. The demand for these bulbs is quite high and I hope to clear the stock within a few weeks and then use the money to bring in some more.
