My name is Ruth Wanjiku a businesswoman, married to one husband hardworking and lives in Nakuru.I am a college graduate with a diploma in business administration and own a bar and restaurant at Kenlands Nakuru.I started this business two years ago through my chama;a group that helps young women entrepreneurs to start and run business of their own. This was the start of my success .I am a Kikuyu and what i like about my culture is that our people are very hardworking and industrious people and that inspires me to work even harder.
I have two childern and i have taken them to good private school in Nakuru and the elder one aspires to be a teacher while the younger one aspires to be a lawyer.
My hobby is making new friends and socializing.
I own a bar and reataurant in my hood, kenlands, nakuru.i offer drinks.People in my area like making fun tats why i need to boost this business to suit their demands so trhat i can maximize profits.
I chose tis kind of business because i saw the light in it.i saw profits and there was a business gap
I earn between Ksh10000 and Ksh13000 .The profits of my business are used to pay part of the schoolfees of my children though i get help from my husband, part of the remainer goes to the business for reinvestment and the rest to my savings account for future use and emergencies.
I will make sure that the money borrowed fully goes to investment and order for more stock in terms of drinks so that i can retain my customers by having plenty of it.
The benefit of this will first be profits/increase profit and good service delivery to my potential customers.
I hope and believe the profits will have a 2%- increase from the previous one which will be a very good improvement. I thank the Zidisha team and of course all the lenders that will help me achieve my target this year. God bless you.
