  Please don't confuse your lenders with the Staff (although the two people who currently are on the Staff also are lenders, most lenders *aren't* on the Staff).
  
  To reach the Staff, please always click on the HELP link in your account.
  
  Please be aware that your lenders also have a HELP link in their account for reaching the Staff, too.
  
  Please be patient for a response when you send a message from the HELP link because currently there are only two (2) people on the Staff, while there are more than 350,000 Zidisha members (borrowers and lenders). Always wait at least three (3) business days before sending another message to follow up about an inquiry you already sent before. Thank you.
