About Me

My Name is Beatrice Kinya. i was born and raised in Meru but i have been living in Nairobi for the last 6yrs. i am a single Mum to my son Blayre who is 4years old now.
i got pregnant during my second year in campus and since then my parents cut me off from all financial and any other kind of support and my baby's dad was so broke, he left me, he was a 2nd year student like me. therefore i had to find a way to survive and also pay for my school fees, i thank God i was under JAB. i started selling sweets and Bras to students but didnt bring me enough income to cater for my needs. a friend of mine introduced me to shoe selling and the business really picked up and upto now this is my business.

My Business

i have a shoe selling business. second hand and new shoes in wangige.
i have rented a small shop where i manage the business. currently i sell alone but am planning to expand.

Loan Proposal

i want to buy more shoes to add to my stock. since it is a rainy season i want to increase number of boots shoes and jackets
