About Me

My name is Agness Kamfwa. I was born and bred in Zambia. I live in Solwezi town north western part of Zambia. Solwezi is the town rich in Gold mining industry. Am a mother of 2 children and I live with my husband. I completed my grade 12 at Kamwala High School in Lusaka. After completion I applied at Everlyn Hone College to study pharmacy. Right now I a Diploma in Pharmacy and am currently working as a pharmacist in one of the reputable pharmacy in Solwezi and I earn a good income to support me and my family.
Nevertheless, am also an entrepreneur, I started my business 3 years ago. Am looking at expanding my business through the experience I have gained for last past 5 years, working in a pharmacy. I have a small pharmacy in our community which I own and I want it to grow big this year before I resign working in pharmacy

My Business

I have a small drug store which is another source of income apart from my monthly income. Am pharmacist my profession and I want develop my small drug store into a pharmacy. Actually around our community am the only one involved in selling drugs and these drugs are very useful to the people especially the patients who are sick and have prescription of buying drugs at my shop. Demand is increasing daily and I want to expand the shop by moving into a bigger shop and stock up more drugs. Therefore, I need funds to help me secure the registration of a pharmacy through the medical council of Zambia for me to start trading properly under the laws of Zambia.

Project Proposal

With the funds am applying for I need to register my small drug store in our community so that I can recognized by the medical council of Zambia. I do not have the trading license, I have been trading for the last two years without the trading license. Once I secure the trading license or certificate I will trading properly because I sale drugs in our community and these medical drugs are highly on demand and I want to comply with the medical council of Zambia to avoid by inconvenienced by the law makers the health sector.
