About Me

I am the first born among my five siblings. My childhood I will say I spent most of it with my grand mother who was a farmer and a palm wine trader. I guess that is the reason why I have passion for farming now.
The unique thing about my culture is that growing up I got to know that respect for the elderly is held in very high esteem and as a result is you are a young man or lady growing up with that respectful attitude will gain you a lot of audience where ever you find yourself in the community.
My passion for farming increased when I stated having children because I realised I was buying virtually everything that was edible in the house. Now almost everyday I have food stuff at home from my farms which has immensely reduce the burden of having to buy everything we will eat at home.
My elder son will like to be a medical doctor in future be he claims when he becomes a doctor Mommy and Daddy will not have the need to visit any other Doctor but himself so he claims.
I like to listen to classical music at my leisure time and also like helping my kids with their home work and having quite time with my wife when am off work.

My Business

The source of income for my farming has always be my savings. After each harvest season, with the help of my mother I sell the farm produce return the invested amount to where I took it from and manage the profit at home and supplement the payment of utility bails and the minor household activities which involves petty cash.
I chose this line of business because it does not take me completely off my normal professional Work. I work on the farm when am off duty and my wife also assists when she has the time.
The cost per a farming season can sometimes amount between 1500 and 2000 Ghana CEDI's and after harvest and after the sales of the farm produce we may generate between 3000 and 4500 sometimes low but we always have food at home so that has kept us going on.
As stated earlier the profit sometimes is reinvested when we anticipate a good weather and also it is used to support with the expenses at home and the children educational materials thus books, uniforms, bus fees, feeding and sometimes fees.

Loan Proposal

I am requesting for this loan amount to support my building project.
I have decided not to continue renting an apartment with my family again come 2019.
as a result i have started my own building project and will need this amount to help supplement in some building materials i am purchasing.
