About Me

I am called Godfred. I live in the Asare Botwe area in the madina municipality of the greater Accra region of Ghana. I was trained as a civil engineer. I work as a road contractor and sometimes too as a building contractor for government contracts. As a child i suffered rejection a lot from my friends as i was the quiet type and hence could not fit so much into children groups. i was thus labeled as an anti social human being.
I over came all that and had a successful education and now enjoying a stable career.

My Business

I am a civil engineer and mostly work on government contracts and works on roads and many more. Very recently i ventured into building house too and i realise there is much hope in there as compared to holding to that of governments.
As i started some three months ago with the buildings, it has showed much profit. i am going in there full time. however, i will want to have a shop where i will get the building materials on retail prices and sell them to my clients and customers. This then is the reason for the loan and grow through the ranks of the organization.

Loan Proposal

I intend to use the loan and its subsequent help to get into selling building materials. i will buy some cements, trowels, some different grades of sands and many more. My strategy has always been that when i get the contracts as to build houses, my clients are directed into my shop to buy.
the clients i get a lot of time and for that matter my decision and plan. These things move a lot and even if not my clients, other masons and house builders will buy from my shop
