am Sarah Ongombe , I was born in the year 1981 in Kakamega County in Western Province in the republic pf Kenya.
I went to School in Kidiwa Primary School in Eldoret town between the year 1986 to the year 1993.I did not go to high School because my parent did not have enough money to pay for the School fees but I resorted to do the work of painting for people the colors they want in their houses and this gave me some small capital to begin the shop keeping Business which am doing till to date.
My community is very unique in that after you have completed your Primary level of education then you are considered very much educated and therefore you are expected to earn a living of your own and provide for the rest of your relatives or extended family.
Am now married to one husband and we are blessed with two children One Boy and one girl and both are in lower Primary School in Kidiwa.
All my Children want to become engineers when they grow up and they so much determined even in School
I sell general good to my customers such as foodstuff, snack and beverages and general home supply goods.
These goods are so important and are in demand because these are goods that people use daily and no body can avoid to use the m in their life time.
I chose this kind of Business because it easy to manage and it is easy to know all your customers because they all come from around the place within the locality around the village where the shop is.
My typical cost and revenue is 25,000KES,
I use my profit I get from my Business in this way .
1.School fees for my children is 8,000KES
2.Reinvestment in growing the Business is 2,000KES.
3.Home improvement is 8.000KES
4.Traveling expenses is 1,000KES
When I am given this loan amount then I will buy 2 bags off sugar that 200kgs at a cost of 50 Us Dollars.
This will make me serve my customers well and they will happy for my service to them.It will benefit me because I will make more profit as I will attract my many more customers to my shop . It will the whole seller I am buying from because I will buy from them in bulk and this will increase their income
If this amount of money is invested in this Business then I expect the increase by 30% in this shop of mine.
