My name is hellen edith mwangi,am married with a family or four children, two girls and two boys. Two of my children are in college and the other two primary school.i started the business to earn a living and to be able to cater for my family basics. I have been raised brought in mombasa county,i have seven siblings.Am married to Mwangi and we leave in Nairobi county in umoja .We started a business because what my husband was earning was not sustaining the family, and so we decide to started a butcher at kayole. That's paying school fee,and have a meal for the day.
We Irun a butcher at kayole. kayole is the neigh-ring estate of umoja. we have two workers who help us in the in in giving services.we sell all types of meats products,we do both raw and cooked and still do door to door services.customers prefer my business because of good services we offer, our premise are clean and the products are always fresh.Again our prices are fairly cheaper than our competitors. when the demand is low we face the risk of the products being stale eventually we dispose.our monthly prices are 40,000 and the profits 10,000 monthly.
I wish to add and buy more stock for my butcher shop.Am going to purchase 10 kgs of goat meat with $ 80,beaf 20kgs at $70 finally i will be buy live chicken with remaining balance $14 at a cost of $5 each and will manage to have 28 pieces.Adding this stock to my current one will help increase my inputs to my advantage and the business too
