About Me

I am a 26 year old living in Nairobi in a high traffic area seeking to be an entrepreneur. I am a student and run my own side hustles impeded to pay bills and meet day to day expenses. I started off by selling eggs then put the business aside as the profit margin was not high, then went on to sell tomatoes but due to fluctuating market prices stopped the business.Currently I'm running a door to door delivery for baby diapers and seek to get funds to open an outlet which will mean increased income.

My Business

I started the business this year and seek to sell more baby products other than diapers as I live in an estate in Nairobi with high population growth. I envision the business as being an employer for the jobless and providing more income to venture into other businesses in the future.

Loan Proposal

The loan will be for the purpose of opening up a baby shop that deals in diapers (30$ each)about 200 diapers initially baby products like rash creams(10$ each) 100 units initially breast pumps (50$ each) 10 units initially ,baby buckets( 10 $ each) 200 units initially baby bottles (7$) about 200 units initially and other baby products at a wholesale price. The business will also seek to provide employment to one worker initially and to more in the future. It will also be an avenue to open up more businesses in the future and will provide an increased income as currently I am stuck to door to door delivery due to finances. I estimate the initial inventory to be worth 80000.Daily sales should be about 3000 a day as the location is a high traffic area with a high population growth rate.
