About Me

I am DICKSON MULI FUNDI,I am married with Eight children,I am a standard Seven in 1969 ,I did masonry ,plumbing,My wife she is a house wife ,since to be employed was very difficult, I decided to venture into business but I didn´t succeeded , I live with my family at Njoro Golf club near Njoro Air Strip Nakuru county . I live in my own house where I pay water and electricity bill of $ 20 us dollas. I am the bread winner of my family,I am a farmer with my family.I plant wheat, maize and beans for commercial.

I started farming in 2000 since my parents were poor there wasn't enough money to continue with my Education but I hard a passion of becoming a businessman by doing so it has greatly assisted not only me but my family at large and my clients.

I do pay school fees for my son and daughters ,The first loan I received it greatly assisted me much I bought a land and planted wheat which assisted me to pay back my loan and remained with land.By doing so I have been in farming though it has realy costed me to change to another step is just stagnant.

You may have passion of starting or boost your business but you are poor financially, loan can highly boost you to another different level in business .

My Business

Most of my customers prefer my business because of the services that are offered and as well the local costs are standard.as they need from lower class to higher class ,though there is more competitors they depends how first I can deliver the goods to them as well as quality goods The site where I am located there is no more competitors hence my services to my clients are good, first and reliable all the time,
My business is profitable for one I do understand very well in farming and planting seasons ,since is the only work I have been doing since 2000 ,so have old clients from major firms, industry and some ministries who orders Wheat,Maize and potatoes and other services like advising other farmers on a particular pland and it? planting season as well harvesting best seasons at a larger quantities hence making more profit though some times I don´t meet their needs.

I have a financial risk I started farming with small capital which make me to grow very slow and loose some clients by not meeting all their needs,Technology New technologies, especially those characterized as “paradigm shifts” or “disruptive” have long and costly acceptance cycles, they have run into unpredictable performance eg GMO SEEDS (poor quality FERTILIZERS) also operation risk,Since some of my clients call for door delivery which comes very difficult for me to deliver my goods to them in time.

I do meet my smoothly needs in terms of paying labour and other small work expenses,If I get $ 3,530 Us dollars I will add more and buy more WHEAT SEDS,MAIZE different types of FERTILIZERS SO as to deliver a first quality goods as my clients needs as well adding value to my work. My FARMING will grow first to a different level and as well buy more land for farming.

Loan Proposal

As soon as I will receive my loan I will purchase fertilizer and maize seeds for planting , since this is a maize planting season. In next month maize demand will be high I will sell the maize in stock and wheat to pay for my loan as I will be waiting some to grow in the garden.
My maize planting garden is 2 acres and the money I have seen I am going to receive it will fully be enough to buy the seedlings since the land is ready to be planted.
