My Business

The business is basically farming and after harvest, sale of farm produce. The income of my business is from the sale of mainly farm produce, we take inventories of every single transaction, so can determine our stand, expenditure, and profit. We produce vegetables and now into cereals, the market responds positively to us during harvesting. We intend to develop and increase our production of this farming season pending on support from partners on Zidisha.

Loan Proposal

The loan will be used to service inputs in my farm. Below is a summary.
Insecticides -GHC 120,
NPK- GHC 500,
Sulphate of ammonia fertilizer - GHC300
tractor services - GHC 400
Labour cost- GHC 300

Income Source

The corona-virus outbreak has caused much loss to me as a farmer. Gone are the days of lock-down when my direct customers were not available, ie restaurants and hotels. But as restrictions are lifted and things gradually picking up, there will be a ready market for my produce. My customers are back to work and are available to buy from my farm.
