About Me

region Dormaa municipality that the people are mainly poultry farmers only few are engaged in cash crops like cashew nuts and cocoa. Others engage themselves in trading like myself. My people celebrate KWAFIE festival. Kwafie means the season of food. I have two boys and they want to be medical officers. I like reading a lot and chatting with friends on social media.

My Business

I sell general goods like milk, milo, sugar, soap, satchel water and many others. Dormaa Ahenkro is municipality that has a thick population and it's surrounding villages and towns come to market on Tuesday's to buy and sell. The items I sell are bought in larger quantities to be retailed in the various villages and towns. Even the town folks who are government employees come to my shop to buy for home consumption. I went into this business because I had no option. My dream was to persue higher education to be employed for a better employment but because my mother could not afford, I decided to join my mother's business. And I have not regretted since that has helped me take care of myself and my family. I started selling with Ghc500 and now my capital is arround Ghc2000. I make sales of about Ghc300 to Ghc400 a day and even more when it is a market day. I use part of the profit I make to pay for my ward's school fees, part to buy food and shelter and the remaining part of the profit goes back into my business for it to grow.

Loan Proposal

I will buy the following items if I am granted this loan. Two boxes of milk at $20.two boxes of Milo at $25. Three boxes of soap at $30. Three dozen of baby diapers at $35 and ten crates of minerals like coke, sprite and malt at $25.with these items fully purchased, My store is going to capture the attention of more customers and that will mean my shop is going to be the only shop people would want to visit to do business. I will in turn maximize some profits to enable me to take care of my ward's education properly and that I will also see some expansion in my business. With this loan amount, I hope to increase my profit to about 80%.
