My name is celly korir, a window, a mother of three and a business lady in Kericho town. I was born in the late 80s attended school at Kericho highlands primary school, Chelilis secondary school and completed my education at form four level after failing to achieve a grade that could take me to campus, i started my business through the help of my late husband who was a bus driver, he assisted me to establish a green grocer in town where i now carryout my business. Kericho land is unique because it is blessed with good soil that supports plantations of tea.
I run a green grocery where i sale vegetables, fruits, potatoes and so on. These services are very useful and important because they are sources of food to our bodies that gives us life. The demand for the same is also high because my business is centrally located. i chose this business because of the demand for the goods and also the readily availability of the groceries from farmers around. I use the income that i generate to support my kids in school, my mother who is sick at home as well as my business
Thank you, i will use the granted loan to stock more groceries items in my green store for example, i will add more vegetables and fruits using the loan as the demand for the same is constantly increasing each and everyday.
I expect to benefit because after i satisfy my customers, the profits that i was making will increase, i expect a 15 us dollars profit increase per day
