I am Mary Wangechi Kamau, am the second born in our family of seven, five sister and two brothers, I completed my high school and embarked on craft courses to enable me make a living. at start i have been employed as a shop assistant in kabazi town for about one year. The salary here was not that good and working conditions were not good. Despite that I worked hard to ensure that i had enough savings to start my own business. I am still single and concentrating on bettering my future.
My sister owns an mpesa shop and she is doing well, she at one time employed me but later I got somewhere else where she organized for me. She worked with her friends to klook for job for me and I was employed for a while. Afterwards my sister decided to open a branch for me and asked me to manage it well, i did that and she later with small contribution decided to sell the business to me. its an mpesa shop in my home village and its doing well. I am not well established and would like the business to grow even bigger.
Thank you for the first loan. On this second loan, I do apply for this loan so as to get my mpesa shop stocked with accessories. Currently am having shortage of stock and would wish to grow my business. This business has a lot of potential going by what i witnessed with my previous employment in business. I want to buy memory cards, and others. I have deposited funds with zidisha so that in future i get large loan to grow my business.
