My name is Stephen Muthui, fifth born in a family of six. 3 years ago, i was a student taking Bachelors of Science in computing and information system (BCIS) at multimedia university but dropped due to financial constrains. Currently i run a small printing, selling of printing accessories and photography business in Nakuru town-Kenya. I started the business as its in my area of training in information and communication Technology (ICT) and by observing the demand of printing business and more and more people join institutions of higher learning in my area. My decision was also informed by the expansion of the town. More businesses are being setup and most of them need clerical works thus an opportunity to sell my goods.
My business name is Dweb Technology, situated in Nakuru town- Kenya. its a small printing, Computer repair and installation, selling of printing accessories and photography business. the printing ranges from small personal printing to mass printing which i out source as per the clients order. The only limiting factor is capital for most of the printing work require a large capital in which most banks are unwilling to lend or their interest rates are more than the business can pay. to supplement the printing, i sell printing materials and part time photography.
The loan purpose will be used to add stock for my business. Ill by printing papers , packaging materials and also ink cartridges this peak season. The loan will also be used to buy some photo albums to facilitate my photography work. i expect profit between 15% to 20 % with all the commodities.
