About Me

My name is Idah Gasheri ,a mother and a business lady in Nairobi Kenya.Was born in family of 3 where I am the second born ,I completed my studies up to college where I pursued a diploma in business management, I have been a business oriented person since I was in college .I started business while in college where I would sell small things such as handkerchief,earrings, pens, exercises books to my fellow students that how the passion of owning a big business grow ,my family background was little bit stable so I really got support from my parents and they really encouraged me so much which lend me to learn more skills about business, as far I was pursuing business management course I really take it more seriously and out more practice on it . I later completed my studies year 2020 august ,got employed immediately after my graduation in a five star hotel as an accountant, though my mind still was invested so much on how to get capital and start my own business ,I worked so hard and 2021 august I started my one business and my dream came true. I was so passionate with positive mind that I will make it ,my family beaing the biggest support system they really pushed me till I achieved my dream and I really thanks my parent so much . I started my boutique shop where I specialize with ladies wears only despite of challenges on choosing selection of latest fashion , later I managed and my business start booming well.I thank God for favour and grace I worked so hard and my business was doing so so well .

My Business

From year 2021 august that when I became a CEO of my dream business and I named (Shee fashion ) shee comes from my second name (gasheri).
My business continue doing so well and I expanded it to general where I deal with all sort of wear fo both gender and kids as while, year 2022 I expanded it and become a wholesaler now where I started supplying to other retailers .
All was going well till last year 2023 when sickness decided to visit my dad and my elder sister child , I really invested a lot on my dad's health he was diagnosed with kidney failure where by before the diagnosis he went so many hospitals for treatment with no avail , I really spend a lot of which I can't complain even a single minute , my dad beaing a big supportive parent I really wanted to see his health getting better , on the other side my sister child health was also detorating day by day we really chip in because no one want to see there loved ones they are so down ,
My business went down due to lack of capital that time and also lack of concentration , I really concentrated in my dad health alot of which I had a process of doing kidney transplant ad already we as family had already got a donner and the process was ready for my dad to travel to India for his transplant process, on January this year date 3 as he was supposed to travel date 10 January ,his health worsen and we rushed him to the hospital where he was admitted and in date 5 exactly 11.00 p.m I lost my dad on my bear hands, it was so painful I wouldn't bare the pain till now though life must move on despite how painful it is , loosing a parent that was really supportive it hurts till now.
To cut the long story short we burried our beloved dad date 16 January, my business was so much affected sales went down cz of capital and also lack of concentration during year 2023 from July , I gained courage resumed again February this year with the stock that I had left I keep moving though challenges were so many like I would loose customers due to lack of some items, but have never gaven up , on march worse happen again we lost my elder sister child too so hurt breaking .while on the process of healing we get another hurt ,I would never wished anyone to pass such painful moment like we did this year , so due to large bills in the hospital we as family we had to chip more atleast to burry my nephew .
My business went down again but mamas prayer keep telling me I should never gave up no matter how the challenges might be heavy I should continue moving on, I gather courage and go back to my shop from April till now have been struggling but I bet I will be back where I started again it matter of time. My biggest challenge now it capital for stocking my shop once more.
