About Me

I was born in Mathare slums. I grew up in kayole where life was full of challenges and the environment around where I live is not conducive since kayole has so many dumping site and the waste management systems are poor. I still live in kayole and I plan to to shift to a better pale in future. I always dream of becoming a great business man with several branches all over the country. I am also passionate about seeing my fellow youth succeed and empower themselves through business. I hope to support youth in future by offering them with loans and grants.

My Business

I have a playstation 2 machine and a T.V set that fellow friends come to play at a fee. I charge ten shillings for one to play a game and each game last ten minutes. The biggest challenge that I experience is power outages. When there is a power outage, i do not get to make an income as the devices run on electricity. I started the business in November 2012.

Loan Proposal

I intend to top up the loan and there after purchase a second hand playstation 2 machine and a T.V. set. This will enable me to serve more clients as I only have one set and clients have to wait for their turn, some of whom are not patient enough whenever they find a long waiting line. By introducing another machine, the business will be able to serve more clients and I anticipate to increase the business turnover. With increased income, I can be able to improve my life and I expect my living standards to improve.
