I am Augustine otieno, am 32 years old. I was born and raised in Kisumu in a family of 6.
I am married with 2 kids. I attend both my primary and secondary school upcountry then later moved to Nairobi where I attended college. I studied catering.
Due to the tough times I was not able to secure a job so I resulted to doing any kind of job that would come my way to make ends meet.
I managed to safe a little cash then I started cooking at construction sites this was what gave me a baring and was able to safe enough cash to open a small cafe where I cook which is managed by both me and my wife.
I have a small eatery cafe where I cook and sell sell food to my clients. I started this business in 2014 this was after much strain to make ends meet.
In my cafe I cook from breakfast to dinner. And God has been really faithful to me that thus business has helped me meet my daily needs and take care of my family as well.
In a month accumulatively am able to make a profit of kes 30000. I use this profit to support my kids education and cater for our other basic needs and if am able to save I make sure I do. I would like to take my business to next level and be able to open another else this way we will be able to increase our revenue to help us meet our needs and take care of my family comfortably. I hope Zidisha will help me achieve this goal.
Dear lenders I would like to request for you to fund a long of kes 1700. I will specifically use this loan to buy cooking stuff like like and maize flour. I will prioritize rice since it moves more fast. This will help avoid time when I run out food and be able to cook enough to supply to my clients.
I hope you will fund my loan.
Thanks for the great opportunity.
