About Me

I was raised in Ghana town called Abisaase. As a
slum dweller life was not that smooth and this is what
motivated me to work hard while at school. I managed to
complete Senior high school education but due to fees problems I
dropped out of school. Since then I decided that one day I will
start a business but I lacked funding to support my project. I
started this business with the small cash we received from
initiative which is a youth funding project.
There are a lot of business opportunities in our land especially
those that involve agricultural products. this is what makes
our town a unique one from other industrial towns. In the past
I liked reading but my dreams were shuttered down and that
is when I realized that Will not just sit and watch my family
perish in poverty.

My Business

I deal with the farming of vegetables and distribute them in
the Sunyani top market. These goods have a high demand
because of the increasing town population and none of them
can do without the consumption of agricultural products. The
large town population provides a ready market to my
products. The cost of this business is about 1500 Ghanaian
Shillings and the expected revenue is three quarters of the
invested cost. The profits I get from my investments are
distributed in this manner. A half of the profit goes for re-
investment, A quarter for family upkeep and the remaining
quarter for saving.

Loan Proposal

With the kind assistance of ghs 215 ,I will be purchasing the following items to
maximize my farm production.
(1)50 kgs of N.P.K fertilizer at a cost of Ghs.3.50.
(2)F1 cabbage seedlings (1 kg)at a cost of 1900.
(3)Add 2 more casual workers at a cost of 40.5 Ghs for some
days only.
The above items will play a major role in my vegetable farm on the side
of the crop production, which will translate for a massive good
harvest.I am looking forward to improve my farm project
through your kind assistance.Thank you in advance to you all.
